The program supports access to short term and emergency crisis accommodation, transport and case management. Long term support is also provided to assist with independent and sustainable living.
Key client outcomes are for safe, secure and affordable housing with an independent and healthy lifestyle through increased knowledge and capacity.
Funded by Department of Communities and Justice the SHS program as well as Domestic Violence Response Enhancement which specifically helps women and children by providing them transitional accommodation.
