Youth Worker, Bourke

CatholicCare provides a broad range of innovative social services in response to the needs of communities in Western NSW. We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to develop relationships with young people aged 8-16 years. Providing engagement, case management and group work activities to ensure young people have strong relationships with family and community and the opportunity to develop life skills and strategies to achieve their goals and aspirations.

The position is based in Bourke, is full time and will require the applicant to offer tailored recreational and educational program for young people after-school, school holidays and some week-end work. A maximum term contract is offered until 29 March 2024. If further funding is made available, an additional contract may be offered to the incumbent.
