We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our Men’s Behaviour Change Program to facilitate structured groupwork with men who use violence, supporting accountability and behaviour change while working within a coordinated, risk-led framework to promote the safety of women and children.

This position may be appointed on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the skills, experience and availability of the successful applicant. The role is based in Bourke and is currently funded until 25 December 2026, with the program well positioned for ongoing funding and future employment opportunities. An attractive remuneration package is available, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
